As an investor who as worked with many agents in the past, I will say Myles is quite possibly the best agent I've worked with. Great attitude and very attentive. Works well with the details, and moves fast when it counts. Also reassuring and patient when needed when I've got questions. No doubt he's a pleasure to work with on the vendor's end too. Has made everyone happy with the deal. Highly recommended.

This agency made the whole process really smooth and seamless. I met the agent Sergio during the inspection, and he was very professional and attentive (and very friendly as well), responding to all my doubts. He would let you know really fast the outcome, and follow up with you on any updates.

They also go one step further and provide guidance around utilities, and even connect with a company to pay for any service (electricity/internet).

Signing the contract digitally was so convenient, and also picking up the keys and final paperwork.
